Sherry Duffy

Sherry joined RMA in 2019 as Head of HR and Corporate Communications. She is responsible for leading the company’s HR function and programs and oversees internal and external communications and company events.

Sherry joins RMA with over 25 years of experience and has held other HR leadership roles with Markel Canada, Aurigen/Partner Re and RBC Insurance. Sherry holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, a post graduate diploma in HR Management and holds the CHRL designation.
