Claire is one of the two founding partners of RMA. As President, she is responsible for the strategic direction and development of RMA’s business and has oversight for all facets of the business including products and services, operations, finance, HR, compliance and risk management.
Prior to RMA, Claire worked for several years at North American Life in the Corporate Actuarial and Reinsurance areas until its merger with Manulife Financial in 1996. Her responsibilities included marketing, pricing and financial reporting of the Life and Health reinsurance business. Claire holds a Bachelor’s degree in mathematics and is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI) and a registered Insurance Broker under RIBO.
