Tracy joined RMA in 1999 to help develop and administer the company’s Creditor Insurance business. After obtaining her accounting diploma, Tracy entered the insurance industry in 1992, serving two major international insurers, American Life Insurance Company and CIGNA Life. In her current role, which she has held since February, 2014, she is responsible for RMA’s third-party administration services.
Tracy continues to make important contributions to the marketing and development of the Creditor business as well as RMA’s expansion into new insurance product lines and services.
