Kiersten joined RMA in 2023 as Underwriting Associate supporting the Commercial business. Her prior experience was with Portage Mutual Insurance as a Junior Underwriter. Working closely with the Underwriting team, Kiersten supports the administration and servicing of the Commercial business. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brock University and a Diploma from Niagara College in Social Services. Kiersten is currently pursuing her CIP designation.
